Student Terms and Conditions

1. All content on the platform has been collected and shared (after screening, vetting and categorization) from YouTube and is the property of the original content owners. The proprietary rights of these persons must be preserved and not infringed in any way.
2. Content collected and shared on the platform may not be used for illegal or unethical purposes, and you must refrain from posting any content that is hateful, inciting violence, discriminatory, or offensive to others.
3. We do not assume any responsibility for the content collected and shared on the platform, and each user assumes full responsibility for his/her use of the content.
4. The platform team reserves the right to remove, temporarily or permanently, any content that violates the terms and conditions of the platform, including banning users who violate these terms.
5. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the platform at any time without prior notice, and all users must abide by the new terms and conditions after they are announced.

Terms and Conditions for Channel Owners

All courses on the TerraCourses platform have been shared from YouTube, and the ownership of the courses belongs to the owners of their channels, and we have no role in their content except to organize their display on the TerraCourses website and employ them to serve students

To emphasize

The TerraCourses platform shares content only without infringing on any type of property rights, and all views that are made through the site for videos are counted to the origin of the video and this appears clearly through the YouTube admin panel, and the same thing with regard to the ads that appear on the video, all profits return to the channel owners.

In the event that the channel owner wishes to delete our participation in his content, we meet his wish with pleasure and all respect for his desire 

We do not choose any content and do not care about the fame of the channel or not, but we choose the distinctive, organized and clear content and do our best to deliver this content to the largest number of interested people and if necessary to promote it, thus benefiting the channel owners by increasing their profits as well as increasing the fame and reputation of their channels in addition to providing a pure educational environment as much as possible to students and providing advice on preparing for the labor market and encouraging them to build their careers.
